The apartment is located in a quiet conservation area. We are taking extra care to clean the property as recommended by Association of Scottish Self Caterer and as a consequence we are pleased to have been certified as complying with the 'Good to Go - Scotland' guidance on cleanliness. Guest access The apartment is fully accessible and there is a large private patio garden to the front of the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor and readily accessible. Council regulations for parking have changed. Parking charges will be applied from the 1st of June 2026. Free parking remains available outside designated zones and for guests staying a week or more permits are available. Please email or message if you wish to obtain a permit. Other things to note For short lets for 2 people only, the price is based on 2 people sharing one room. An additional charge of £40 (in total) for laundry and cleaning will be made if more than one room is required. This does not apply to weekly let’s or bookings for more than 2 people.
