"Cozzies Place"

Cozzies Place is close to Ballarat's Train Station, Art Gallery, theatre, CBD, and restaurants. Even closer to the Eastern Oval, Yarrowee Walking Trail and also close to Black Hill. Great for couples and families. Having recently installed central heating into the house, it is now beautifully warm -- even on those cold Ballarat days and nights. Quiet location with lots of space outside also. Perfect quiet location! The space The house is an older style clinker brick home with charm. Its warm and cosy and has a really nice feel to it. Guest access Travellers who are staying longer who wish to use a laundry - should let me know. We have a washing machine in the back room we lock. For stays over 4 nights, I am happy to leave this open for your convenience. Other things to note This area of Soldiers Hill is generally very quiet. There is a Bowling Club nearby who hold Bingo on a Wednesday and Thursday night. They occasionally hold functions over the weekend but they never impacted our peace and quiet.
