The Little House in the garden.

The complete independence, the green, the absolute peace, the proximity to the lively district of Ponte Milvio, are the unique characteristics of our B&B. A small independent flat, in the garden of our house, warm, comfortable and equipped with all comforts, completely separate from the main house, which is accessible directly from the garden. The space The complete independence, the big garden (about 1.000sqm), the quietness, the beautiful equipped swimming pool (open from the end of May to mid-September), the proximity to the lively district of Ponte Milvio and to one of the main bus and tram stations to go everywhere in the city, the cycle track on the Tiber river reachable in a few minutes from home, are the special features of our B&B! La Casetta is an independent flat of about 25sqm, in the garden of our house, warm, cosy and equipped with every comfort, completely separate from the house. Peace, relaxation, greenery, silence, warmth and cheerfulness characterise our Casette and welcome our guests when they return from an exciting and tiring day touring the wonders of Rome! In the warmer period (spring/summer) the Casette in Giardino can offer an even more interesting holiday... With the large, cool and relaxing garden in which they are immersed, where you can also enjoy excellent meals, aperitifs and moments of relaxation! With the swimming pool, in the neighbouring garden, cool, full of trees and equipped with sun loungers, parasols, changing rooms, showers, bar service and lifeguard. And if sometimes children are an 'impediment' to travelling, this really doesn't happen at our house, where the children are the masters of the house (along with the cats!)! Our three children, the garden, a well-equipped park 5 minutes' walk from home, the swimming pool in the warmer months, not only make life easier for the parents but also contribute to making a holiday in Rome a special holiday for the children too...! One last point concerns the food... as a food lover of fresh and fragrant food from Italian culture (especially southern Italy!), it will be a pleasure to offer you 'unusual delicacies' to eat whenever you want as a snack, aperitif, lunch, dinner... in the garden, with beautiful music, and the exposive scent of spring! Breakfast will not be served at specific times in communal areas, but rather your Casetta will be equipped with everything you need for breakfast (lots of good fresh food... bread, jam, butter, cheese, cold meats, biscuits, cereals, fruit, cakes, milk, yoghurt, all strictly fresh and partly homemade - even the yoghurt when there is time - !). The Little House is equipped with: - Room with 1 French double bed. - Bathroom with shower, welcome kit and hairdryer. - Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and excellent pantry with many specialities we have brought for our guests from the different regions of Italy. - Large desk for working/studying/organising one's time. - TV. - Internet Wi-Fi (free). - Shared washing machine and tumble dryer. - Portion of the garden for exclusive use. - Olympic-size swimming pool and shared children's pool, in the period from the end of May to the end of September, served by showers, toilets, changing rooms, lifeguard surveillance, sale of drinks, ice cream and snacks.
