It is 2 blocks to Lititz square, close to rail-to-trail from Lititz to Ephrata, large windows, heart of Amish country and close to Lancaster city. Enjoy park views & comfy charm! The apartment is a brand-new renovation and we would love input about our listing! The building is in the process of upgrades inside and out. There is a new gas furnace and central air. Enjoy granite counters, large windows with tons of natural light, privacy and close proximity to town and all of Lancaster County. Take a walk in Lititz Springs Park and feed the ducks or bike on the rail-to-trail (bikes can be locked on downstairs porch). Sit on the upstairs porch, warm if sunny even in the winter. The kitchen is fully-equipped to do moderate amounts of cooking. Coffee and tea with creamers and sweeteners are provided. We have hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent but we do not provide shampoo. There is a steamer/iron, hair dryer, Keurig plus standard coffee maker and toaster. WIFI is fast and there is a subscription to You Tube TV for your enjoyment (smart Roku tv). PLEASE NOTE: access to the front door is up a set of interior stairs. The downstairs porch outside the apartment, enclosed stairway and entire apartment excluding attic are accessible to tenants. Nancy will communicate with you and will answer questions once you arrive. An information book will be on the buffet table when entering but we are happy to answer any questions! Dosie Dough, a local coffee and pastry shop has breakfast and lunch sandwiches and is only a block away. Downtown Lititz is only a 5 minute walk away with all the restaurants, shops, brew pubs and historic stops Lititz is known for. Visit the famous Sturgis Pretzel Factory and make a pretzel! Or shop for candy at Wilbur Chocolate. Home to Rolex, Cargill and Rock Lititz, the location is good for business travel. In 60 seconds, stroll down to Lititz Springs Park and feel the stress flow away! Warwick High School, Middle School and the Lititz Recreation Center are a short 5-minute walk. Walking is great from the apartment to town. Red Rose transit makes stops in town and transports to Lancaster and other towns in Lancaster County. The rail-to-trail recently completed can be picked up just north of town and extends to Ephrata for walking or biking. The parking spot out front will be reserved by the building's other tenants for Airbnb guests. The apartment is on the second floor so there are wide interior steps up to the front door.
