Located in the heart of the Rossendale Valley, Rossendale Holiday Cottages offer the ideal spot for guests to enjoy the Lancashire countryside, offering a relaxing retreat for all guests who enjoy a bit of rural living. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking are offered The space Rose is our lovely self contained en-suite room, containing a comfy king size bed, en-suite bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, TV/DVD player, small fridge and private garden with outdoor furniture. Rose is suitable for two adults sharing a king bed. One child can be accommodated in a travel cot or Z bed, on request. Pets are not allowed. We can arrange for a Lazy Spa to be installed for your stay in your private garden area. Please call us directly for more information. Please not the lazy spa is for 2 night minimum stays. Guest access On a 15-acre site and all areas are available for guests to enjoy. There is a beautiful nature trail with benches for guests to sit on and take in the beautiful surrounding nature. On site there is a lovely communal 'Island' accessed by a charming wooden bridge over a brook. The Island, with weeping willows around its border, is a great place to unwind and appreciate the tranquillity that the area has to offer. It has a fire pit and BBQ area by the stream for all guests to use free of charge. The Hayshed Licensed Cafe Bar serves food and drinks from morning through to the evening, where you can also purchase logs and BBQ’s. Guests are welcome to use all areas of the site, including the barbecue area, nature trail and the exclusive Hayshed Cafe Bar. The fishing lake is available for exclusive use to our guests with a fishing licence. Other things to note We have a variety of walks/hikes/ bike rides directly from our site- please ask and we will be delighted to share these with you. We have bikes available for hire so you can explore the beautiful valley, please ask at the Hayshed Licensed Cafe Bar for prices and availability. Our Hayshed cafe bar serves snacks and drinks throughout the day/ evening. Enjoy sitting in and taking in the spectacular views whilst enjoying a pizza and glass of your favourite tipple! We also have a lovely wellness room ( your health bank) for saunas, and treatments.
