Strategically located, in addition to having the beautiful Gulf of Follonica in front of your eyes from every window, you will have all the comforts of the city center within walking distance. Free beach, establishments, shops, groceries, bars, restaurants, the pedestrian and cycling area of Viale Italia, the central Via Roma, the pine forest, children's playground: everything really close to home. The space The apartment consists of a large bedroom, overlooking the sea and the pine forest, which houses a double bed and a bunk bed equipped with two standard mattresses, a living area with a dining table, sideboard, television and a sofa, a generously sized open kitchen that enjoys the omnipresent sea view, a bathroom with shower, a storage room with a washing machine and hand washing area and a jolly room that can be set up as a single, double or living room with access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Guest access The apartment does not have a parking space. All the surrounding streets offer parking, both free and paid, although in July and August it takes a little patience to find a place. In case of extreme necessity, I would like to point out the large free parking lot in Via Amendola, right behind the train station, from which, thanks to the underpass, you can then walk to the apartment along the approximately 600 meters in a straight line of Viale Matteotti. Other things to note Bed linen (sheets) and bath linen (shower, face and guest towels) can be requested at a cost of €15 per person per stay. The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor of the building. The condominium elevator is new (installed in spring 2023), however, there is still a first ramp of 12 steps to reach the mezzanine floor from which the elevator starts, which does not make this accommodation suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
