In the alley district, this townhouse will charm you with its calm and location. You are 450 m from the pedestrian streets, 5 minutes walk from the city center (restaurants, bars, historical monuments, markets, shops). We live there and will welcome you with 1 local aperitif (pineau des Charentes or organic apple juice from a friend). The space On the first floor: 1 fitted and equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with toilet (bathtub without drain). 1 bedroom with 1 Queen size bed of 160/200 and 1 desk. The entire 1st floor is equipped with fixed mosquito nets. On the 2nd floor which is an attic: 1 living room. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 140/200 and 1 desk. All windows on the 2nd floor are equipped with fixed mosquito nets. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito and fly repellent (for the summer). Guest access The small street where the house is located is very quiet. You can come and park and drop off your belongings at the entrance to the house without being disturbed before going to park. To park, you will find many free parking spaces (within 5 minutes of the house) and 1 free parking lot (Geoffroy Martel parking lot) within a 5-minute walk of the house. There is also a paid parking lot, QPARK, closed and secure, 2 minutes' walk from the house. €4/day (ask me for the link to book) You are a 13-minute walk from the train station. Other things to note You will occupy the first and second floors of the house independently. We live on the ground floor. View of the bell tower of the Abbaye aux Dames from the 2nd floor (bedroom and living room).
