The chalet is located just two min. walking distance from the Monterosa ski slopes. It is a an wooden Walser farmhouse dating back 1600 with a private garden. The house is on two floors with and on the top open space attic ideal for children. The apt has maintain the ancient flavor with the original wood combined with new refurbishment. Steam bath and sauna in the lower ground floor- Sleeps up to 9. 4 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. It is possible to rent the entire chalet sleeps up to 13 guests. The space The Chalet is on two floors. On the first floor you have a living room a large dining room with kitchen a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower On the second floor we have master bedroom with bathroom with tub. One bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with single bed. One bathroom with tub and a separate shower. The open space attic at the top is an open space with mattress, ideal for children although children under 5 are not allowed since she stairs are steep and there is no protection. The ceiling is low and it's not possible to stand. On the chalet ground floor there is a separate apartment that is connected with a door. It has two bedrooms and two bathroom with a living room and separate kitchen. It is possible to rent the two apt together and sleep up 13 guests. We also rent a small original chalet just outside the garden that sleeps other 5 guests. There is a lower ground floor with a little SPA that includes steam bath and Sauna. In the lower ground floor you can keep skis and other equipments. This area is in common with the other apartaments Guest access The apartment is on the first floor. Montella hamlet is car free and the car should be left in the private parking place just 100 mt from the house. Other things to note Under the roof the open space attic has low ceiling where it's not possible to stand.
