large, clean ground floor room

This single room is on the ground floor of a terraced house in a quiet area of Rusholme just 2 minutes from Wilmslow Road and the Curry Mile. The house is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It has recently been refurbished throughout with a new bathroom, and new carpets. During the academic year it is a student house but because of Covid-19 the students are not staying this academic year. The space This is a comfortable room in a shared house. Other things to note Due to Covid-19 I am supplying only milk, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I am not at present supplying breakfast cereals or bread as a matter of hygiene.
