By car, Menaggio can be reached in about 10 minutes, and the famous Villa Carlotta in about 5 minutes. The apartment enjoys double exposure, offering views of both the lake and the surrounding mountains, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere. A large public parking area is available in the nearby hamlets of Viano and Volesio, both about 300 meters from the apartment. Parking is allowed on white lines, while yellow lines are reserved for residents.
