We rent out our lovingly and high-quality furnished vacation home with a large property, terrace with a view of the forest garden and a parking space. Our Kalkeifel is an Eldorado for hikers and nature enthusiasts with its countless hiking trails and picturesque places. The space The property is about 800 m² and offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. The living space is about 60 m², as well as a covered terrace with garden furniture. The entrance is on the terrace and takes you directly into the living room with an open kitchen. From the living room you enter the bathroom, the large bedroom and the reading room with a cozy couch and a beautiful leather chair. The large bedroom has a wardrobe as well as 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm with two excellent mattresses and slatted frame for a good night's sleep. In the bathroom there is a high-quality shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet, as well as storage space for your toiletries. The kitchen has a dining table for 6 people overlooking the countryside. The kitchen is equipped with an electric ceramic stove with 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hand blender, egg cooker, waffle iron and kettle. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware. In the living room, there is the 2- and 3-seater couch, an extra armchair, a TV with satellite TV and a bookshelf, as well as a selection of board games (Rummikub, Azul, Phase10, Kniffel, game collection). Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and on the terrace. Heating can be done with an electric heater with a granite cover on which you can sit wonderfully in winter. The garden is spacious and towards the valley there is a sitting area with a sitting area with a view. On the private property there is a private parking space for one car.
