If you are not good with insects, etc., I think you will have a little resistance, so please book with that in mind. In winter, it gets below freezing around here. Please note that the heating facilities in this guest house are mainly kerosene stoves and kerosene fan heaters. We also have electric appliances, but if you use too much, the safety device will work (smart meter) and the electricity in the house will flash, so please do not use a lot of electric appliances at once. An earth leakage meter is also installed. If the electricity flashes, please reduce the use of electricity.(Also, please contact us about rural living experiences, etc. We do our best to disinfect and clean after guests leave to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. Please disinfect yourself with the virus removal spray at the entrance before entering the room. The space This is a space prepared for guests, including the entire deck. Feel free to use the barbecue tools, charcoal, firewood, seasonings, rice, pasta, pizza oven, etc. and enjoy cooking in the clear, delicious air. Our guest house is an old villa, and we are gradually renovating it to make it a facility where you can enjoy the outdoors, the rich nature, and the starry air. Please understand that it is different from a luxury hotel or inn when you book. Please let us know in advance by chat if you plan to use the chimney, BBQ, etc. during your stay. Please make sure the air conditioner, electricity, and gas are turned off when you go out. (Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner when you go out due to the high cost of living) Please be sure to sort the garbage. During your winter stay, the main heating facilities in the countryside are kerosene stoves and fan heaters, but if you don't know how to use the kerosene stove, please let us know and we will explain. Guest access Inside the guest house premises The stove hut is currently restricted. Other things to note We will tell you about local routes with good access to Karuizawa without traffic jams. There have been no reports of bear damage, such as sightings of bears near the guest house. The guest house has a Western-style toilet, and next to it there is a shower bath (please pull down the shower curtain when using the shower). Free Agurinoyu Onsen tickets are provided for the number of guests (photos of the Agurinoyu open-air bath are attached in the album). There is also a sauna in Agurinoyu. For consecutive nights, the number of hot spring bathing tickets will vary depending on the number of days. We will provide Agurinoyu, Nunonoshita Kannon Onsen, Midorino Yu Onsen, and Hotarunoyu tickets upon request. Agurinoyu is located about 7 minutes by car from the guest house. We can prepare a set of ingredients for meals ⚠️ 2 people. We can prepare a barbecue set, Ciel Et Toile special set meals, etc. by reservation. Please let us know. It takes about 15 minutes by car to a supermarket or other place where you can shop, so please bring your own food and other beverages. Ice can be purchased in the guest house by paypal or cash. If you plan to use a pizza oven, chimney, or BBQ grill, please let us know in advance by chat (to prepare charcoal, firewood, etc.). Bringing in fire pits, etc. is generally prohibited on the deck. If you use a fire pit or grill, please use the designated backyard, etc., so please contact us. In winter, the guest house garden is frozen during snowfall, etc., and snow may fall from the roof and trees, so please be careful not to get injured.
