Cancellation instructions: Full refund for cancellations made 14 days before check-in, no refund for cancellations made within 14 days A security deposit of $3,000 is required for check-in. The security deposit will be refunded in full after check-out. The B&B is subject to the Tobacco Hazard Prevention Act, and smoking is not allowed indoors (including common spaces and rooms) To maintain the quality of accommodation, illegal activities such as parties, drug use, gambling, etc. are strictly forbidden in the house, and should be reported to the police if found Please turn off the lights and conserve water Please do not damage items in the house, and if any damage or loss is found at check-out, you will be charged at the price. Please keep your voices down after 10pm and respect each other's peace of mind in the accommodation space. To protect each other's rights and interests, surveillance cameras are installed in common spaces, living rooms, kitchens, outdoors, etc. Please take care of your personal valuables. According to the regulations of the county government, from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day, it is prohibited to make noise, barbecue, use karaoke and speakers in general residential, farmhouse, collective residential and semi-detached residential communities, and it must be stated in the accommodation notice. Violation of the above provisions will be subject to a fine of NT$10,000 to NT$50,000 in accordance with Article 55, Paragraph 3 of the Development Sightseeing Regulations.
