SWIMMING POOL/ BEACH The pool is located one floor below the Lobby Level (LL) and at the south side of the building You may access the beach through a gate located behind the pool area, when returning from the beach you must dial a code: For your convenience you will find BEACH/POOL towels inside the unit, please do not use the white towels, they are only for use inside the apartment. If you use the Beach Towels, chairs, umbrella please treat them with care and bring them back to the apartment. SPA The building has a spa named “Russian and Turkish Bath" it is located one floor below the Lobby level. The Spa is not included in the rate and must be paid directly if you want to enjoy it. GYM - open to 8am. to 8 pm TENNIS The building has a tennis court which can be used safely and free of charge, you must wear the appropriate clothing and shoes, it is recommended to reserve the court previously with the security in the front desk. LAUNDRY The building has a laundry room located on the lower level (below the Lobby Level) in the northern section of the building. Wash and Dryers will cost $ 1.75 for each load and you must bring the card wash (it is inside the safety). Also, bring your own laundry detergent.
