Beautiful stone cottage in Marion 10kms from CBD (20 minutes on train) You will be sharing this with your host Chris (female) Just 4 kms from Flinders Hospital/University. Super comfy double bed, includes separate private lounge with dining table, 2 couches, plus extra single bed. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Easy 3 minute walk to access train, buses and Parkholme Shopping Centre. Outdoor pergola. BBQ/WIFI. Able to accommodate 3 people. Free bikes available. Quiet and peaceful! The space You are welcome to enjoy it all including the pergola, BBQ with 8 seat outdoor table and bamboo garden. Relax in your own private lounge, with reverse cycle aircon/heating which has a sliding door closing it off from the rest of the home. It also contains a dining table with chairs. The bathroom is shared, it contains a shower and bath and vanity unit. The toilet is next to the laundry, at the rear of the house. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the garden and outdoor area in the rear of the property. During your stay It may be a small house, but it is designed that you can have absolute privacy if you wish. You can study, enjoy the WIFI on your laptops, or whatever you wish! Always happy to have a chat if you wish, but with the separate lounge that is yours so you can relax Other things to note It is a very quiet neighbourhood, and safe. So easy to get to public transport if you don't have a car, and plenty of options close by to grab a bite to eat and stock up at the supermarket for your dinner or breakfast.
