Fast wifi, large room, close to the center, affordable, Şok Market across the house, Migros 5 min and a liquor store under the house open until 2 am. The distance to Aşık Veysel Park is 2 min. The Eshot stops are very close and easy to reach from outside the district. There is no noise problem because the living room of the house is far from the other rooms. My roommates are working, they are not at home in general, but when they are at home, they are very nice people to chat with.
