Private location is accessed via a horrible rough farm track! King bedroom and bunkbeds in a tiny bedroom. Comfy corner sofa to relax, outdoor covered seating for star-gazing. Beccy lives in the main house and hosts other Airbnb guests. WiFi is super fast and there are two options for work stations. Your entrance and garden is private and adjoins the famous Naughty Sheep and hen friends. Our cats may visit you but not inside please. Strictly no dogs, no exceptions Guest access Your little garden is clearly fenced and gated. You have your own woodstore , recycling point and seating area. Access is a .7 mile rutted, potholed farm track, not for nervous drivers Parking space is next to the barn where marked. The barn is private plus my garden and field. There is no lighting between the parking and your entrance. We minimise light pollution for stars so have your phone torch ready for winter arrival There is no blind on your glass front door. You are private, no screens needed, and able to birdwatch from the sofa. Other things to note Additional covid reassurance- the cottage is left a whole day and night between bookings The stone track is usual for Scotland but not for everyone. Licensing rules mean no extra people to visit Solar power daytime only so please do any laundry when the sun shines if possible Outdoor barbeques must be veggie only and away from the outdoor roof Tap water is safe and delicious The space between fire and sofa measures fire safety regulations and must be kept clear.
