Hello! Please enjoy your stay at my place! Great to have you here! Quiet residential home, safe street, surrounded by gardens. Comfortable and clean room, with private bathroom and toilet. Your bedroom includes queen bed, glass table, full length mirror, built-in wardrobe, TV plus air-conditioning, ceiling fans, clean carpet. Enjoy full use of house amenities, including private lounge and kitchen and laundry facilities. I also have a friendly cat. The space After a long drive, feel free to relax and unwind at my place! Set amongst a garden and quiet surrounds, my place is perfect for individuals, back packers, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Lots of garden around the entire perimeter of the house ensures privacy. A back porch or front patio to sit under. Make yourself at home and cook something up in the kitchen or relax in the lounge and watch your favourites on Netflix or free-to-air television. Guest access Please make your self comfortable in the whole house. Front access is by a short flight of stairs, but ground level entry is available at the back of the house if preferred. During your stay Please feel free to socialise with me and say hello, or if you prefer, please feel comfortable to relax and enjoy your own space and time too. No worries either way! Other things to note Smoking is STRICTLY outdoors and away from the house, in designated areas. PLEASE be mindful of prevailing wind directions when you smoke. I am a non-smoker.
