The space On the ground floor, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. At breakfast, enjoy a good coffee with a Delonghi espresso machine. You will also have raclette and fondue sets for your winter evenings, as well as a charcoal barbecue to enhance your summer evenings. Two living rooms, one with billiards and foosball and the other with a wood-burning stove, a veranda overlooking the garden and a large dining room will allow you to share delicious meals and unforgettable evenings. On the first floor, a long wooden corridor will serve the first 6 bedrooms (including 2 connecting rooms), almost each with its own private bathroom. A first double bedroom with toilet and shower room, a triple bedroom consisting of a queen size bed, a single bed, a shower room and a toilet. A third bedroom with a double bed and a child's bed. A fourth bedroom with a double bed giving access to a bedroom composed of 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Finally, a last double bedroom with a baby crib with its very spacious bathroom and toilet. On the second floor, you can discover an additional bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom, toilet, a gym with exercise bike and treadmill as well as a movie theater with video projector, PlayStation 4 and many games available for young and old. Located on a 4-hectare wooded estate, it is a haven of peace with mountain views. The property has sheep, chickens, a fenced fishing pond, a large flat field for soccer, badminton, ping pong tables, a petanque court. TV with NETFLIX, high-speed internet (fiber). Ideal for groups of friends, family reunions, business meetings or other, parties allowed. If you are more than 15 people, it is possible to rent the Brimbelles farm (15 people) or the Bleuets chalet (12 people) which are located on the same estate. Guest access Detached house, self-managed, located on a 4 ha estate. Access to the farm will be cleared of snow in winter. Winter tires are mandatory in the region from November 1 to March 31. Carport for 6 vehicles, plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.
