This is an immaculately clean and affordable room with SEPARATE ENTRANCE from the backyard, so you have the opportunity not to intersect with the residents of the house. This room is thoroughly cleaned after each guest, bed linen and towels are well washed. The space Enjoy the perfect blend of privacy and comfort in this unique unit. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. The fully-equipped kitchenette includes a single-burner cooktop, rice cooker, air fryer, 1100W microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle—perfect for preparing any meal. Whether you're here for work or relaxation, you'll love the dedicated desk area and the large 58" TV with free channels and Chromecast support. Climate Control: Please note that the thermostat is centrally controlled to 76°F during the day and 74°F at night (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). We are happy to adjust this upon request within a range of 70°F to 77°F. For additional airflow and personalized comfort, the bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to this suite, which includes the bedroom, attached bathroom, kitchenette/laundry area, and the backyard (please note: there is no barbecue area). We provide a dedicated parking (two-car driveway) at the back of the house, with entrance to the backyard (accessible via the back alley). If you find this parking inconvenient, you are welcome to park on the street. Other things to note Residents: The main house is occupied by adults only. You may hear typical sounds of daily life, such as the TV, kitchen activity, or voices. Pets on Property: The residents have two cats and a bird. You may hear them during your stay; please ensure this is not an issue for you, especially if you have allergies. Sound & AC: Our home is newly built with excellent external sound insulation. The outside A/C unit is installed next to the rear porch, but inside the room, the noise level is minimal (similar to a refrigerator). Motion Sensor: There is a motion sensor in the room for the air conditioner. The system maintains the temperature based on occupancy. Please do not obstruct or hide the sensor, as it allows the AC to detect your presence. Cleaning: IMPORTANT We do not clean the room during your stay. Because of this, we have restrictions on the length of stay. If you require intermediate or additional cleaning, this must be agreed upon before booking. House Rules Special attention is required for our house rules. This is important: Respect: Our main rule is to be respectful to the neighbors and residents of the house. Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Neglecting this rule may result immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Age Restriction: Booking is only available for guests 21 years of age or older. Occupancy: Maximum of 2 guests. we host adults and children over 12 years old (accompanied by a legal representative). Shoes: It is unacceptable to wear outdoor shoes inside the unit. Prohibited: No pets, no parties, and no smoking allowed. Plumbing: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Use the provided trash cans for all wipes, paper towels, and feminine products. Liability: ATTENTION We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the property. Also, we are not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, you undertake that all guests are expressly assuming the risk for any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.
