Home is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Guests are minutes to many area attractions, hospitals and the freeway. The 1917 historic home is clean, warm & beautiful with hardwood floors, (they do creak) antiques & artwork throughout. Formal dining room is open to living room and an adjoining kitchen, a shared full bath (for guest use only). As the seasons permit, there is a patio area with seating, a grill and firepit available to my guests. The space Guest room features: one queen-size bed. A desk with chair, walk in lighted closet with linens, hangers, toiletries, area rug, ceiling fan with light, table lamps, alarm clock, usb port, mini fridge, tabletop fan and a t.v. (local channels) Large, shared guest bathroom (for guest use only) and eat in kitchen. Formal dining room adjoins spacious living room. Seasonal patio with fire pit, grill, table & seating areas with a fishpond and waterfall for relaxation. Also, a three-season enclosed front porch to enjoy morning coffee. The home has central air conditioning and is smoke-free. This home is approximately one mile to Milwaukee city limit and 10 miles to the lakefront. The home has a feline that is not allowed in guest rooms. Guest access Guest access to kitchen, (bathroom-guest only), dining room and living room, three season porch and back yard. Second floor is private. Washer and dryer access are for guests staying 7 or more days. During your stay Home is owner occupied, I am available to the guest(s) for conversation, if desired. Other things to note I will consider guest bookings who have three or more positive reviews and are employed professionals and/or students. I prefer to host women. This is a shoes off at the door house. Please be considerate of hardwood floors and wool carpets. I encourage guests to bring slippers. Home is not suitable for children under 12 years old. No pets are allowed to accompany guests on the property. Guests are responsible for securing their own valuables. All guests will need to complete a guest registration prior to access to the booked room. No weapons or guns are allowed on premises. No illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia allowed on premises. Guests that utilize the kitchen must clean all work surfaces after cooking including: dishes, pots and pans, silverware and utensiles. A dishwasher is available for most items. Free on street parking is available during the day. After 10:00 p.m. your vehicle will be valet parked in the private driveway. Furniture is not suitable for guests over 300 pounds. Wi-Fi is not to be used for illegal or illicit activities or downloading porn and or movies. Please do any hair dying, tinting, or rinses at your home. Guest towels are for bathing and not to be used for hair treatments.
