The West-Side allows easy access to the beach and downtown. The space The house was built 1928 in the Craftsman style and blends well into the Mediterranean inspired bedroom suite addition. Harry is a commercial fisherman and lifelong surfer and the house was designed to marry his love of the sea and being outdoors, with all the comforts of home. If your preference is granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and sleek design this may not be the place for you. If you love the idea of sitting under a 90 year old shade tree in the private back yard in the afternoon, cooking in the outdoor kitchen or perhaps taking outdoor shower or bath in the adjacent claw foot tub for 2, this may be the place for you. Guest access The indoor kitchen is complete with full size gas stove, refrigerator and microwave plus pots, pans cook wear, dishes and utensils. If there is something you think you may need during your stay just ask us ahead of time and if possible we will provide it. There will be coffee, tea and light breakfast items to get you started. The outdoor kitchen has a natural gas Viking BBQ, warmer, refrigerator and large single sink with a combination pot filler and spay nozzle fixture. The bedroom suite in paved in satillio tile and has a very comfortable king size bed, TV with basic cable, large closet and sliding doors to the back yard. The bathroom is built for 2 and has a large shower with both a hand held and rain shower heads, plus duel sinks. The living area has hardwood floors, a comfortable, fireplace, comfort couch and a vintage dining table. Guests will not have access to the garage, surf shed or the 2 other bedrooms in the main part of the house.
