The house is the 1st floor of a small villa. Surrounded by a garden and trees, it's airy and full of light. The house access is by a staircase from the private garden. Here's how the house consists of a fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, 2 doubles and 1 single room, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room. There is also a private balcony. The space The house can easily host up to 5 people. Thanks to the gardens and the trees around it, the temperature in the house is always pleasant even in the hottest summer. Thus there is no A/C. This also means that the house is very quiet and ideal to relax after a year of hard working! Its positioning in Forte dei Marmi is also extremely convenient if you want to park your car and forget it. The house is very close to the sea shore and the private beaches of Forte dei Marmi (200 m), and sometimes you can even hear the sound of the waves from the windows! The house is close to the city center too (300 m), so it is pretty convenient to head out at night or go for shopping. Short walks indeed, isn't it? Guest access I will provide you with 2 bikes and their locks so that you can ride freely in the area. You can park your car for free in front of the house in our private street. Of course you can also use all the appliances available in the house (dishwasher, washing-machine, oven, wi-fi, etc.). I will provide you with linens, towels etc. for your party, but there is no room service during your stay, so you will need to wash them in case of long-term stays. Extra linens and towel may be available at extra costs and you have to ask for them in advance. Feel free to contact me for any other special inquire. Pets are admitted, but you are responsible for them. Please clean up after them! The neighborhood is very quiet: people come to Forte dei Marmi to relax during Summer months. Yelling and beeing noisy won't be appreciated nor tolerated. Other things to note If you can't find the info you need, please contact me on Airbnb, and I will reply you right away! There is no room service: the house come along with the essentials, but I will not clean or change them during your stay. If you have special needs you can either share your requests with me and we will find a solution before your arrival, otherwise I kindly ask you to to bring along any extra item you will need. Any damage will be charged and must be paid at check-out. Please notice me if anything seems to be broken or not working so that we can fix and solve it with no further issues! The € 100,00 cleaning service covers both garden and house final cleanings (€ 50,00 each). The house cleaning requires 4 hours, thus if the conditions at check-out requires extra cleaning time, you will be charged via Airbnb for the exceeding hours. On your arrival I will need to collect a copy/picture of the IDs of all the guest pursuant to Italian and Tuscany laws and regulation regarding national security, anti-terrorism and tourism. These data will be used to fill in an on-line form provided by Public Authorities. The copy/picture of your IDs will not be retained after your departure: feel free to send me a copy of your ID in advance, but please check that its validity goes beyond the date of your departure. Forte dei Marmi city council is introducing a new tax on tourism, requiring us to collect € 2,00/per person/per night from each of our guests (over 15 years of age), for stays below 5 days. These news are not yet confirmed by an official regulation: we will keep you informed as soon as this regulation is published. In any case, we will collect the sums due in cash only at check-in.
