The fully equipped kitchen and living room area can acomodate 4 persons. You can relax on balcony overlooking the Plai Laem temple before going out for the various activities Samui can offer. Guest access The unit is located in Building B behind the pool with access from the back on the right an side once arrived at the top of the parking. The resort has a 24h security guard with the condominium management office located below Building C (on the left an side of the pool) next to the laundry area. Other things to note The rental price does not include utilities such as electricity THB 8 Kwh and water THB 100/m3. The guests are required to pay utility upon check out, for a reasonable use you can expect to pay approx THB 150 per day. Pool access is managed by the condo association and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance work beyond our control.
