A new dock in our protected bay available to you. The Sleeping Cabin features new premium king size mattress, high thread count sheets, bath robes, Bath & Body Works amenities, a Nespresso machine and an outdoor shower with hot water. Owner will provision your cabin with Continental Breakfast supplies. The space This sleeping cabin has just been renovated into a light airy space at the River’s edge in the heart of the 1,000 Islands. The new 2 piece bathroom has large private attached outdoor shower built around our century old oak tree. Please note that there is no indoor shower. The bed is a new king sized premium mattress outfitted with high thread count sheets. There will be bathrobes provided and Bath and Bodyworks amenities. There is rural wifi robust enough to stream programs on the 32” television. The wet bar has sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso Machine with your own small propane bbq outside the cabin. It is possible to make a simple meal here but please note there is no stove. The owner Heather will provide provisions for a light Continental Breakfast. Guest access Guests have two sitting areas directly outside the Sleeping Cabin from which to enjoy the magnificent River views from, as well as a double hammock to relax in. Swimming off the dock with swim ladder is available to you as well as newly refinished dock located in our sheltered bay for boat space upon request. Bike storage is available in the locked garden shed for those cyclists who want to enjoy the 30 mile bike path along the Parkway between Gananoque and Brockville. Other things to note This property is not suitable for children. Pets must be approved on a case by case basis with the owner prior to arrival.
