Just steps to the water, our brand new, basement walkout suite with private entrance includes a full kitchen with quartz counters, a spa bathroom, and a large bedroom, all with beautiful views of the lake. Take in nature on the path behind our home, or walk down to the beach to enjoy your morning coffee, or watch the sunset. Just minutes to downtown Barrie for dining & shopping, we're also close to Vetta Spa, Snow Valley, RVH, & Georgian College. The space The suite includes a full kitchen, large bedroom with fireplace and sitting area, living room with fireplace, and spa bathroom. There is a private entrance and patio with parking available out front. Guest access Guests have access to the entire guest suite which includes a full kitchen, living space, dining area, spa bathroom, and large bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, electric fireplace, and tv. There is also a private porch just for guests with a beautiful view of the lake.
