Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog. The space Little Forge is a traditional and tastefully decorated “cottage” with original artwork. There is a lovely bathroom with small roll top bath and smart tiled shower, a well fitted and equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, and washing machine. There is a small part walled courtyard garden so you have somewhere to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening after a day out exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall. There is secure parking in front of the "cottage" which is shared with us. It is a very peaceful and rural but not remote location and you have easy and quick access to the North Cornish coastline, the A39 and A30 and are very well positioned to explore all areas of Cornwall. You will need a car whilst you stay with us to reach beaches, restaurants, shops and attractions. Please note there are external and internal steps to the property and to the courtyard garden (which is adjacent to the property). The property it is not on one level. Guest access You have exclusive use of the Little Forge (which has its own separate front door) the little terrace in front of the property (with a Bench) and a small courtyard garden with table and chairs to the side of the property (accessed from the front door). There is plenty of parking in front of the property (which is shared with us). Other things to note Unfortunately the property is not suitable for children. Although single storey it is not step free: one step from the parking area onto the terrace, one step into the cottage and a step from the kitchen to the sitting room. There is no public transport close by and you will need a car to reach beaches, pubs, shops and attractions etc. Please note the WiFi is not fast - we are still on copper cables.
