Description

Perfect for a couple or a family with small children, this condo is just steps from River Run Village and sits on a beautiful natural wetland, giving you one of the most unique views in all of Keystone. You'll be a short walk away from the ski gondola, restaurants and other activities, yet the scenery and unique location make this condo a quiet retreat away from the crowds and noise of the resort. Book us for the views and location! New living and dining room furniture for the 2025 Ski Season. The space This unit is a great one-bedroom condo at the River Bank Lodge in Keystone Resort. Remodeled in the summer of 2017, new floors in spring 2021, the condo has queen bed in the bedroom and an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. For the 25-26 ski season we just replaced all the furniture in the living room and dining room. As part of this, we also upgraded to a memory foam mattress in the new couch bed. River Bank Lodge is uniquely situated next to River Run Village, with huge windows looking out onto the wetlands and mountains of Keystone. The location allows for easy walking access to the gondola, restaurants, shops and evening activities, yet still offers a quiet space without the noise and traffic of other village properties. The condo has an equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, small convection/microwave oven unit and under-counter refrigerator. In addition to the mini fridge, there is a 3/4 size fridge in the unit to help with those longer stays and leftovers from the amazing restaurants in the resort! The rotating kitchen provides some basic cooking supplies such as spices, oil, and condiments for your convenience. The condo also has a private Jacuzzi that is perfect to relax in after a day on the slopes! The building is older, as it was built in 1990. Some of the common areas are due for updating and the HOA is working on a long term plan. Please book us for the views and location, while realizing some building features are older. We use Summit County Mountain Retreats as our management company. Ashley and I are the owners and do the booking. SCMR will take over from there and send you the door and parking lot codes, handle any maintenance or lock out issues, and handles the cleaning. We recognize that these costs have gone up due to labor shortages in the area. We do not take any margin on our cleaning fees and pass everything through. We constantly evaluate costs and try to keep things as low as possible for our guests, but are subject to market pressures. We do our best to be as up front as possible on the unit, building, pros and cons. You should not have any surprises between our communications, pictures and descriptions. Summit County STR Permit: BCA-98118 Guest access The River Bank Lodge building is accessed with a keypad along with the parking lot. The condo is accessed via a keypad on the door lock. Please look at the check-in instructions once you have booked for details on how to access the unit. The parking lot and door codes will be sent the day of your check-in. Other things to note River Bank Lodge offers free parking for 1 vehicle in a private gated lot. We recommend guests place a parking pass on their dashboard so that it's clear they are guests. Due to increased labor costs, other local factors, and the AirBnB cleaning requirements, the cleaning fees have increased. This does however include the heightened cleaning requirements, premium linens and towels, plus many extras at check-in! We do not take any margin on our cleaning fees and pass everything through. We constantly evaluate costs and try to keep things as low as possible for our guests, but are subject to market pressures. There is a 5.87% tax on nightly rentals. Self check-in with the keypad. You can go directly to the unit. Your maximum approved occupancy is 4 people. Your maximum approved parking is 1 space.
