Villa de Pa'ce Formal and Very Comfortable

Stylish and comfortable divided family home in a quiet beachside neighbourhood of Shelley Beach with two well appointed bedrooms each comprising a queen bed. Large modern kitchen with granite bench tops overlooking a spacious open planned lounge room and formal dining area. A saltwater pool set amongst well established manicured gardens. Spacious verandahs to unwind and relax on. A short walk to rainforest, beaches and lookouts. Hosts live in a seperate private studio apartment on the premises. The space The house is very easy to live in. Light and airy with a touch of class. We do like our green image with solar electricity, solar hot water, organic vegetable garden and a clean environment. We do hope to leave a small foot print on the environment, and we hope that our guests might think the same like turning off the lights if they are not in use. There is a piano in the sunroom and we love hearing music played on it so please enjoy it. But some guests let their children play it like it's a toy that we really don't want to happen, pounding a piano can make the piano out of tune it is a finely tuned instrument and should be respected as one so please do not let your children play the piano. We are in a residential area so there is a ten pm noise curfew thank you for complying with our house rules. Guest access Guests will access through the front gate up five steps across the verandah to the front door of the house. Other things to note We do not have any lodgings for anymore than four guests at any one time so please don't ask if we can fit another person or child in. There a clause on our profile that states no extra fees for extra guests there will be no extra guests so that clause dosen't imply. I am a professional Remedial Massage Therapist, health fund approved specialising in deep tissue, sports and total relaxation massage.
