We are 10 minutes walk to Bayfair shopping mall and the beach. We have one main bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed. The garage has a single bed, if needed (linen available on request). We have double glazing, blackout curtains and fans in every room so you will sleep soundly. The space The yard is enclosed so small children are safe. Arataki Primary school is over the back fence and is accessible via a nearby alleyway - your children can play there after school hours and at weekends. There is also a pump track across the road. In the private backyard there is a BBQ and outdoor dining table and chairs. Guest access You'll have the entire house and garden to yourself. There is space for 2 cars to park off the street. Other things to note The driveway is shared with the neighbour.
