PARKING DISCLAIMER: Please also be aware that the driveway is on a very steep incline. Low rising vehicles including sports cars would have a very difficult time parking. (Standard height vehicles are fine). If you are traveling with a low rise vehicle and / or sports car, we ask that you consult with us prior to creating a reservation. There is no traditional / live television service at this property. Although we supply the streaming applications and the smart TV's themselves..... to access streaming content you would have to login with your own personal username and password from your home account. For example if you want to watch Netflix you would have to login to each smart TV in this property with your personal Netflix account. There is no traditional / live television content provided at this rental location. ------------------------------ PROBLEMS WITH THE VILLA: During your stay if you experience any difficulties we are available to assist you 24 hours per day. Please telephone the head office during your stay if you have any questions. EXCESSIVE NOISE: This rental is located in a residential location. Local law enforcement has a quiet time from 22:00 hours (10pm) – 07:00 hours (7am). Please observe this quiet time and keep noises at reduced levels. ------------------------------ COOKING BASICS: on the list of amenities we include the category “cooking basics”. The description of that category says “Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper”. This rental location will include the pots and pans, however it will not include any food or drink items. This means there will not be any salt, pepper, cooking oils or any other item that is considered to be food. This location will also not include any beverage items other than tap water.
