Le Verger: lovely house near forest

This beautiful house is situated on the hillside overlooking a beautiful valley. It also has a nice garden that gives you a great time to relax and enjoy the landscape. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms of which one with a corner whirlpool bath, 4 mountainbikes, a large kitchen and 3 terraces! One hour from Brussels or Maastricht. The space The house is surrounded by a nice garden and gives you all the privacy you need. It is furnished with everything you need and really feels like you are coming home! Tasteful, spacious and luxurious. Try the whirlpool or dream away in front of the fire place. For those who like sports pick one of the mountainbikes, play petanque or badminton in the garden! Guest access The house is fairly sized with four bedrooms available. Excluded are the garage and one private room. The rest of the house is entirely for you. Other things to note When renting the house there will be a house manual with instructions and suggestions to get around. Tourist information is available as well. Please note: (1) Bed linen, towels and dish cloths are not provided. Thanks for bringing them yourselves. (2) Pillows, blankets, hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms, toilet paper for a start and one set kitchen towels are provided. (3) On Sundays and Bank holidays THE CHECK OUT TIME IS 18.00 HRS. (4) During the summer holidays (July/August) the minimum required stay is 6 nights with arrival or departure on Friday or Saturday. Preferred are full week bookings of 7 nights. (5) The house is not available to groups of young people (e.g. singles, students, scouts and clubs, stag & hen parties) due to unfortunate experiences in the past. (6) Groups of adults with disabilities (supervised), supervised groups, companies (business events), seniors and so on are more than welcome.
