Gaurav (June 25) ★ I had a great time in this flat! It was the perfect spot for me to revise for my exams as well as relax afterwards. The building and flat is very accessible, it has a lift to the flat and everything including the entrance is level access. The life centre and central station are very close with shops and cafes surrounding them. The quayside is the same again. The balcony has a lovely view and it became a lovely part of my morning routine to read or have a coffee on there. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were an appreciated luxury for my limited energy. Greenstay were in contact via a lovely man named Steve the entire time and they were very helpful. TLDR: I highly recommend this flat if you're planning to visit newcastle :) Zoe (May 25) ★ Had a lovely stay at Clarence Court, great communication with the host. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious compared to previous one bed apartments in Newcastle which I've stayed in. The bed was also very comfy bed and I loved the Nespresso coffee machine.
