Perfect spot for a quick trip into town or a long weekend get-a-way. Great for traveling nurses, temporary insurance claims housing, or corporate rentals! This is the 3rd floor of a 100 year old multi-family house, so noise may travel. When you make your way up the stairs, you will enter the kitchenette that has a mini fridge, countertop convection over/air fryer, single electric burner, sink, Keurig, microwave, kettle, and dining table. Note that this area is not behind a locked door, but no other guests in the house are allowed in this space. Once you enter through the locked door on the third floor, it will open up to a space which includes a sitting area with a smart TV (Netflix included), a desk, queen size mattress, and a full bathroom. The head clearance is low in the bathroom, so please watch your head :) Guests have access to the entire 3rd floor and there are no shared spaces. The bathroom, sitting room, and sleeping area is secure with a solid wood door and a deadbolt. We do not currently reside at the property, but are available on an as-needed basis. Messaging directly through the AirBnb app is our preferred method of communication.
