Two Bedroom Apt with Balcony in Shoreditch

This two bedroom apartment, with large balcony is located on Shoreditch High Street in vibrant Shoreditch filled with colourful bars and restaurants amongst art spaces and active graffiti scene. Free wifi, 1 towel per guest and linen are included. Shoreditch is lively at night so street noise is to be expected but you are situated in the heart of the action with plenty to offer right on your doorstep! The space The apartment is completely private two double bedrooms, a bathroom, TV, free wifi and fully functional kitchen that comes complete with oven, stove top, fridge, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery. This apartment is comfortable for two couples, but can sleep a family or groups of 8 using the double sofa beds in the livingroom. It is not street facing so does not have street noise however there is a trainline nearby. Please note: Infants must be included as a child when you are searching/booking as we charge per person regardless of age. In an attempt to limit our carbon footprint we provide: - 1 towel per guest - 1 Toilet paper provided but not replenished - 1 Double duvet per bed/sofa bed only Guest access You will access your 4th floor studio via stairs or lift. For self check-in, you’ll receive the building code and a unique, time-sensitive studio code 12 hours before your arrival. To receive these codes, you’ll need to complete a quick online security check via a secure third-party site, which includes uploading a valid photo ID for verification. All these details will be sent to your Airbnb inbox. Other things to note Children and Infants? Infants are considered as paying guests so they must be included as a Child when you book. Stairs? You can also use the lift or there are stairs to the 4th floor. Parking? Unfortunately we cannot provide a car spot. There are paid car parks nearby. Check- in time? 3pm or later Arrival time? Please let us know your approximate arrival time. We base our cleaning schedule on this time and if you happen to arrive earlier than we had expected we cannot guarantee it will be ready but will do our best. Early Check-in? No unfortunately early check-in is not possible; see bag drop-off below Late Check-in? Yes we provide a self check-in system Bag drop-off? Unfortunately you cannot drop your bags early. Try Luggage Hero! Can a friend or family member collect the key for me? Yes but only if agreed with us prior. Please let us know their full name and they must print out or show the Airbnb receipt/booking confirmation along with I.D Check out? 11am, late check out may result in a £50 penalty (or the cost of the following night) Extra Duvets?
