We are at your disposal for any information and needs. Welcome to Sicily. The space The accommodation In a beautiful villa divided into comfortable and cozy apartments. The apartments are of two types; Type A: consisting of a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hallway, double bedroom, double bedroom and outdoor veranda. Type B: consisting of living room/kitchen, shower service, double bedroom with bathroom and veranda. Hot/cold air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen, bed linen and bathroom set with weekly change per guest (upon request). They are all equipped with deck chairs, tables, umbrellas and reserved parking inside with automatic gate. The villa is located on the island, a residential district of Syracuse, a stone's throw from the sea and the Plemmirio nature reserve and a few kilometers from the historic center (ortigia). Quiet area but served by restaurants, pizzerias, bars, market, newsstand, tobacco shops, and equipped beaches. The city of Syracuse offers attractions for all tastes: art, culture, classic shows, relaxation, sea and good food. Don't miss the island of Ortigia, the historic center of Syracuse. Our strong point is the location; very close to the city but at the same time located in a quiet and relaxing area, ideal for those who want to discover the beauty of our land.
