We do not rent the property to groups of young people, nor for events. The space The space in which it is located, in the heart of the Menorcan countryside: 30,000 m2 of land, which ensure tranquility and privacy. Guest access All those in the villa: parking, swimming pool, garden, barbecue, etc. Other things to note The accommodation does not accept reservations from youth groups. Events and parties are not allowed during the stay at this home. The price does NOT include: Regional Tax on Tourist Stays (Law 2/2016 of March 30) that will be paid by guests at the beginning of the stay. Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, requires tourist establishments to collect personal information from all persons staying and to transmit such data to the relevant authorities upon arrival. Therefore, in compliance with this regulation, this establishment cannot authorize the stay of any guest who refuses to provide this personal data during check-in. If none of the guests included in the booking provide the requested information, unfortunately they will be denied access to the villa and the booking will be canceled without any right to a refund.
