Casa Baulenas is an Indian house located on the promenade of Caldetes (Bcn). With pre-modernist reminiscences and a stately style, we have converted it into a Guest House to be able to share it with all those travelers who are looking for unique and enriching experiences. Casa Baulenas is ideal for sharing a few unique days with family or friends, in an idyllic and privileged enclave. The space Casa Baulenas is a beautiful late 19th century house in front of the beach. It can accommodate 7 people, although the ideal is 5-6 people. It has 4 bedrooms: three double and one single. One of the double rooms is in the back of the house overlooking the train station and can be somewhat uncomfortable for some guests due to the passage of some trains, although few circulate and one quickly gets used to it. There are two bathrooms in the house, one complete on the upper floor and another on the ground floor, next to the kitchen, with shower and toilet. Both the main dining room and one of the double bedrooms have a complimentary sink. We don't have air conditioning, but the house is very cool and has electric fans on the ceiling. The garden leads directly to the promenade. It is divided into two areas, an outdoor patio-dining room protected with a pergola and a garden area that can also be used as parking for two cars. We are Elia and Alfons, the hosts, and our only concern is that you enjoy your stay in our house, as if it were your own. You will have access to the entire house, kitchen, garden, main dining room, etc. We live very close to the property and are available 24 hours a day for anything you need.
