Off street parking. 2 min to bus. 5 min drive to station. Close to motorways. 45 minutes to theme parks and airport. Ask Mike to drive you and guide you. There 2 more double rooms upstairs with shared bathroom, and a campervan with patio and BBQ for anyone wanting more privacy. The space Large, comfortable and extremely clean family home in western suburbs. We have loads of room to share and good cooks are always welcome. Lots of fast food places, cafes within minutes. Two bathrooms for guests. Lounge and sunroom away from the TV. Netflix in the Family room. Kitchenette in the sun room. We have three rooms available and accept up to 4 people in 2 rooms per booking or 3 in one room. Sometimes large bookings clash and someone is offered the campervan at the Kitchenette door. Guest access Complimentary Cereals and eggs for breakfast can be had in the sun room kitchenette . You can use it any time of day if you clean up immediately. You will have a private entrance through the sun room with a key. We have a big yard with veggie garden and natives and room for off street parking. There are two places to sit outside. Easy access to north south east and west motorways (5 minutes to M2 M7 and M5). Ideal jumping off point for Gold Coast theme parks and beaches, Toowoomba & Darling Downs and only 90 minutes to Sunshine Coast. 25 minutes to Brisbane CBD after 9 AM. 20 minutes to Ipswich CBD. Bicycle to hire. No car? Mike is happy to be your chauffeur and guide for a daily fee. We can usually drop you to the train station or pick up if needed. Super fast wifi internet. Netflix. Ground floor has 1 step down to the kitchenette and 20 mm lip to the patio. not suitable for wheelchair. During your stay We are a friendly inter-racial retired couple who like traveling and using Airbnb. Lucy also speaks Visayan and Tagalog. You can be as private as you like or join in the household. Non smoking household. Shoes off at the door. Scuffs available. We even change the doona covers around. Only Room 1 has a private bathroom so you need to choose it when available prior to booking. Free swimming pool 10 minutes drive away. Close to 7 shopping malls in Goodna, Redbank, Redbank Plains, Brookwater and Springfield. Buses are hourly and stop early evening. We will usually be able to pick you up from train for free. You will need a car/cab to travel at night.
