Welcome Sancerre (Villa Marlise)

This charming 1907 residence with contemporary swimming pool welcomes you to a very pleasant region on the banks of the Loire, in the heart of the vineyards of Sancerre and its great wines. Please note that the washing machine and dryer are available on request. The space South-facing house, very bright with adjoining garden, enclosed by wall and not overlooked. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. You will appreciate the decor and the cozy side of this lovely mansion. Parquet, moldings, cement tiles and marble fireplaces complete this humble home! Guest access Entire house, garden, courtyard and swimming pool. We live in the townhouse. The garden and pool are available for our guests in a privileged and lush way. We sometimes intervene to maintain it without nuisance or inconvenience so you can enjoy it to the fullest! Other things to note We offer aqua aerobics or swimming lessons with a private coach. We also offer Shiatsu massages or Qi-Gong practice with a certified Master. Pilates school 5 minutes away on the banks of the Loire if needed... we love the area and would be happy to share our secrets!
