Newly Renovated Private Apartment in Kirkwood

This is a newly remodeled private apartment with your own entrance around the back of our house. The apartment has a full-sized living room, kitchenette (hot/cold water dispenser, microwave, Keurig), full bathroom, queen-sized bedroom and patio. The TVs in the living room and the bedroom have YouTubeTV with AppleTV. The parking on our quiet street is free and plentiful. Other things to note Brand new Tempur-Pedic mattress, Egyptian cotton bedding & towels, a Keurig with tea, coffee (& decaf), a pillow bar, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and basic toiletries to ensure an excellent stay! About service animals: we’re aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of AirBnB's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety become an issue. Unfortunately, one of the hosts suffers from severe pet allergies and the HVAC is connected to our primary living space. We’re happy to recommend other animal-friendly Airbnbs in the neighborhood!
