CASA LA SOLEA Casa la Soleá is a traditional Alpujarreña house, renovated respecting all the traditional elements, stone and chestnut ceilings, wide stone and mud walls.... It is completely renovated and with all brand new furniture. Views of the village, the sea and Sierra Nevada. It has very easy access because it is next to the main road to unload and with a parking lot very close by. In addition, from the house you can access the main road to do multiple trails. Exit to the countryside The space La Soleá is the most flamenco and traditional house in the Alpujarra, preserving all the traditional architecture. The house is located very close to the road, which makes it an excellent location The views from the house are stunning, overlooking the mountains and the valley to the sea. Comfortable, simple and cozy. From time to time we teach a flamenco class downstairs in the house. Pets are prohibited Guest access Travelers have access to the entire upper floor. Other things to note House Rules Check-out will be at 11:00. Cooking in the fireplace is completely forbidden. We inform our customers that in winter it is necessary to light the fireplace, because the house has electric radiators that heat it. Only those who have booked are permitted to come to the house. Access to the terrace on the lower floor will be shared with the owner, who will be able to access it as needed. No pets allowed. The electric heater is 100 liters, so if 4 people shower in a row, they will have to use the hot water responsibly.
