4 bedroom modern Villa at Dago, enjoy the view of Bandung City Lights at night, and Mountains in the morning, Heated Infinity Swimming Pool with a slide, Bbq, Billiard, and Karaoke. Located not to far away from the City, Surrounded by Cafes and Restaurants this is the perfect location for those wished to enjoy Bandung Highlands, Spacious living room and lots of Seating area with a view. Optional additional (5th) bedroom, and extra beds available per requests. The space Our Villa is part of a real estate complex named Dago Village, completed in mid 2015. And recently in 2023 have been renovated to freshen up its appearance and facilities, this villa originally our private family vacation house, and now trough AirBnB we are having others to enjoy it as well. The Villa total area is approximately 300 SqM bldg and 500 SqM Land. 3 Bedrooms with King Size Beds, 1 masterbedroom with Queensize bed. Bathrooms with hot water. the rooms will comfortably house 8 Adults and their children however we do allow upto max 20 people with children guest will be required to purchase our the 5th room (enauite bathroom) and extra beds. It is located at Bukit Pakar Timur, overlooking Bandung City, 1020 meter above sea level, so the ambient temperature on average is around 23C. The Villa has three levels, Top Level is Street/garage level where you will find dining area, kitchen, billiard, karaoke, bbq deck a bathroom and a Bedroom for elders who use wheel chair. 2nd lower level you have 3 bed rooms (4 if including an extra bedroom) , shared bathroom, master bedroom with ensuite bathtoom and its own smart tv, a2nd living room with smart tv. And the third level is swimming pool and multifunction deck area. This is our flagship villa, it has an unblocked panoramic view and an infinity heated pool with a slide. Our garage can fit two vehicles. The villa is within a villa complex which guarded and patrolled by security. We have cctv monitoring the garage area and at the outdoor deck area. All Bedrooms are air conditioned. And additional facility such as (extra charges) 1. Korean bbq grill and stove 2.Hotpot and stove 3.Playstation 5 Guest access Free to use all the villa amenities. you will get a gallon of aqua bottle/night. if you need and extra gallon you may use spare gallon for an extra 30.000 rupiah/gallon. We have basic kitchenettes in our kitchen, rice cooker, water dispenser, microwave. Free to use our BBQ grills (gas burners). Our house maid will clean and make up your beds once/day, she will provide incidental assistance to the guests from 8 am - 5 pm. You may also enjoy netflix, cable tv channels trough 3 smart LED TV, and a media player or DVD to play your own movies . enjoy our natural stone finishes infinity pool a taste of Bali in Bandung... We have a 5th room, its available as an option. Lastly guest may use our free washing and drying service 1 cycle pernight. It has three levels downwards, 1st level is street level here you have garage, main living room, billiard table, kitchen, dining area, bbq area, 1 reguler bedroom and 1 bathroom. 2nd level is where you have 1 reguler bed room, 2 bedrooms with direct access to bathroom, and a secondary living room. An extra Bedroom (extra) is also located in this level if you opted the extra bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with AC, with 160x200 beds (master bedroom 180x200) which can house 8 adults and 4 childreen under 12 yo. You can add more people upto 20 people with children by adding extrabedding and extra bedroom. In total there are 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms has direct bathroom access. (Ensuite) The Master Bedroom has its own 55”smart TV. And 3rd level is deck and swimming pool area swimming pool is installed with heat pumps which will heat up the pool to a temp between 29-31C depending on the weather condition, it can go upto 34C. Indoor areas (level 1 &2) are nonsmoking zone, you can smoke ciggarettes at outdoors area and ensure you put out your cigarette buts in ashtrays. We dont encourage alcoholic drinks however you are allowed to have casual drinks at living room area if you wish. Ensure that you don’t get drunk and caused disturbances in the villa and surrounding area. We prohibited drugs and guest carrying guns and other dangerous weapons into the villa. As this is family Villa we are prioritizing families and we don’t accept unmarried couples. 10 pm to 6 am is quiet period, guest expected to reduce loud noises/karaoke/music. To prevent from fire, we are not allowing candles and especially colored candles lit in the villa, if there is power outage from PLN we have power backup which can support water and lights at the villa. Do not change the internet/network at the villa, do not re-arange furnitures without our permission, as it will void your deposit. Do not bring your own electronic appliances, if you must please consult us in advance as the wattage capacity may not be enough and youll trip the system if you do. Small electronic devices such as Playstation 5 is acceptable. Party events which inviting more people other than the said limit is not permitted. Small birthday parties are allowed, however without any decorations attached to the building wall and glass. Guests must cleanup after the party. Adult (18th) pornography photoshoot are not permitted, If you are a alongstay guest, we have a washing machine and a dryer inwhich guest may have a once/day laundry by our staff. We are not responsible for clothes damage, all clothes will be combined to the washer and dryer to a total max 8kg. In addition to your airbnb bookings, during checkin you will be requested to provide valid identification and a refundable deposit Rp.500.000,- (transfer) no receipt given hold your proof of deposit transfer. Checkin time will be at 2 pm (14:00) and checkout time will be at MAX 12 pm (12:00) We provide -Aqua Galon 1/night (two water dispensers) -Towels -Soap/Shampoo -Tea, coffee, and sugar Lastly we do hope you enjoy your stay, if there are any issues please convey your message to our staff directly at the villa or to us respectfully.
