You are renting 3 Airbnb rooms, 2 of which have full size, private bathrooms. 3rd bedroom guests can share your two full, private restroom and for quick pitstops, can use a shared 1/2 bathroom on 1st floor. You have access to everything else minus the other 3 bedrooms/guest rooms in our home. (Flagler County Business Tax #12422) The space You are reserving three bedrooms. Two of them have full, complete bathroom facilities. You have shared access to the rest of our entire 4000 sf home except for the other 3 bedrooms/guest rooms.  Need more space?  Just ask!  Our home is a huge home that includes a hot tub, year round heated pool and a couple massage chairs, a large kitchen, family Room,  living Room, another game Room/sitting/tv watching bonus Room and more.  It's kind of like a Mini resort.  Nearby is the Family Friendly Flagler Beach.   St. Augustine is  just 30 Miles up the road.  And of course Daytona Beach is also right up the road, 27. 9 miles from our home. We are the perfect spot in between the two cities. You'll find a lot to do in Palm Coast, Flagler, Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. If you like our place, reserve it quick.  If you delay and if 2 of our 4  bedrooms with private baths get booked, or if our one bedroom that does not have a private bathroom gets booked, then this listing will be blocked. So if you need a week for a big get together with family or friends, and you see that this space is available for that entire week, then you will need to lock it in quick.   After a Funfilled day, at the beach, or visiting St. Augustine, or Daytona Beach, come back, Relax and Hangout in our very Quiet Neighborhood. You will find everything you need to relax, from our hot tub, pool, 2 amazing Massage chairs,  firepit and comfortable beds.  We do provide breakfast fixin's such as oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, hot and cold cereals. Things like that. Bring your own bacon or sausage! If headed to the Orlando area, ask us about discounts. Please note that our home and property is non smoking. Feel free to take a walk in our very safe neighborhood for a walk or on the blacktop walkway which the city of Palm Coast has very generously provided. You are reserving 2 of our Airbnb bedrooms, each with their own private bath,  Microwave and refrigerator. and a third bedroom that does not have it's own private bathroom. Your rooms will include two of the following four rooms that have private bathrooms with showers: The King bedroom with King bed and private bath can also fit a single air mattress.   Our pool room on the second floor also features a queen canopy bed and a single air mattress can fit on the floor. Our queen room on the first floor can fit a queen air mattress to sleep 4. Our New King Room has a king bed and is connected to the Pool Room as a "Jack-n-Jill" except that the New King room also has its own bathroom.  This is an ideal two bedroom combination if it is available. Just ask! In a common area on the second floor, we have a couch along with a  TV.   Netflix, YouTube, etc. The kitchen is available for cooking.  Our home  and property is non-smoking. If you are a smoker, please feel free to take a walk in our very safe neighborhood or on the great walking path that is black topped. We live here, so we are often available to help facilitate a GREAT STAY! Guest access You have shared access to the rest of our entire 4000 sf home except for the other bedrooms.  You will enjoy our screened in Lanai, pool, hot tub,  firepit, outdoor grill, massage chairs, family Room, living Room, fully equipped kitchen, another open tv room area,  multiple large screen TV's and more. In other words,   You have access to everything in our 6 bedroom home except for our 3 additional private  bedrooms/guest rooms.   We do live here and work out of our home so do not expect to walk into a "homes and garden, never been touched, looks like it's never been lived in" home. Do expect to have a wonderful, relaxing and very enjoyable time where you will feel welcomed and right at home. You CAN though expect your 3 private airbnb bedrooms to be clean as a whistle and to look as pretty as their picture. They are special! LOL. And the rest of the house to be clean as well... just not "hospital" or "hotel" perfect throughout. We LIVE here. We work very hard to get a 5 star review from every guest. Please note that you are not giving a five star review in comparison to a hyatt or hilton. Your appreciated 5 star review is based on being as described. (Please note that a couple of the bedrooms have clean carpet but from age, exhibit some "clean" staining ie: Light stains that still appear after being shampooed. If a couple light stains on the carpet will cause you to not give us a five star review, then please do not make the reservation. Our five star reviews are just too valuable to risk.) If your group is going to be here for a few days you can even use our large capacity washer and dryer for a full laundry load. (Please do not use the washer and dryer for just 1 or 2 items. Please combine items for a full load.)   Leaving a tip when you depart is welcome if you have used the laundry facilities or if you have used quite a bit of food staples for cooking any lunches and/or dinners. We do not expect you to buy ketchup and mustard and salt and pepper and all that type of stuff. Ours is available to use.. but if something runs out and you're at the store you can certainly pick up some more! We want your entire group to be thrilled that you chose this as your "place to stay, low cost, high value solution" for your family reunion, friends get-together or for your family traveling together.  Pets welcome. ($5 per pet per day) Other things to note Pets welcome. $5 per pet per day. (The following note is being added on January 22nd, 2026: Dogs need to be friendly with other dogs and people. Our three are two docile yet very friendly shih tzus and one very friendly energetic Boston Terrier.) Please remember our few rules requesting no thongs for the gals, no "speedos" for the guys, drinking in moderation only, in other words not getting  slammed drunk  and no  smoking on property.   We have a wonderful safe neighborhood and/or walking path to enjoy for smoke breaks. Please review the check in instructions (Or the messages that we send you close to your check in time.) for door codes and bedroom location and parking instructions. We do have parking for 10 vehicles.  That is 5 double lanes so there should not ever be any reason for any of our air BNB guests to be blocked in. On parking, We have a 6 car and four car driveway. Please take note to only utilize one lane per room (If you do not need all 3 lanes, that makes it nice for us.).. We do not quite understand this, but many times people seem to feel compelled to straddle two double lanes, taking up a total of four parking spaces for one vehicle. Human nature? hmm.. Another thing that people do is that they will pull into one of the lanes properly... but they immediately stop at the beginning of the 2 car lane. I think that they are concerned that someone will park behind them. Please go ahead and pull on up into the driveway. No one will park behind you.... the other guests have their own lane - But we might get a pizza delivery... Or something like that... And that space behind your car might be very valuable for that few minutes. We live here but when we are not home you can contact us easily on our cellphones at  or through the air BNB app.
