This apartment was once home to a family of four and their dog, where they spent many wonderful years creating cherished memories. From personal experience, it offers more than enough space to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is either available in the apartment or conveniently located nearby. The apartment is situated in the town of Korenica, just a 15-minute drive from Plitvice Lakes National Park, making it an ideal base for exploring. The space The apartment has a total area of 54 m² and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a 180 × 200 cm double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two 90 × 180 cm single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small freezer, and all the essential cookware, dishes, and utensils. Feel free to use everything available in the apartment. If you are unsure how to operate any appliance, please do not hesitate to contact us. The dining area includes a table with seating for four guests. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, washing machine, and toilet. The living room offers a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV. All bedroom windows are equipped with blackout blinds, allowing the rooms to be completely darkened. Guest access Free parking is available directly in front of the building, and guests are also welcome to use the private garage. The garage is ideal for storing bicycles, motorcycles, or other outdoor equipment, and your vehicle will be safely parked throughout your stay. The building is easy to find, and there is no need to worry about parking fees or fines. Once your reservation is confirmed, I will send you detailed check-in instructions, including information about keybox, access codes, and everything else you need to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Other things to note You are alone in the apartment, I will not bother you, but you can always call/mail me and ask for any information / help, I like to communicate with guests so feel free to ask. :) The first shop is located less than 200 meters from the apartment. For visiting the Plitivice lakes is recommended to go with a car since there is no permanent bus line in the area. I will inform you if at the time of your reservation is any. In Korenica you have a lot of trails to use for walk/ride in the morning or evening/during a day.
