Cozy house with a bath and a yard

A small but very cozy country house with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Toilet/bath, fireplace, large bedroom and two small ones, living room, plasma TV, heated floor. Bathhouse, garage, pond, lawn, children's playground, barbecue area, laying hens... Great forest 50 meters away, ski track, trails. The space The house has 3 floors, most of the outside and inside is finished with high-quality wood, drinking water is the purest from its well (we drink without boiling). On the 3rd floor there is a double bed. On the 2nd floor there are two small bedrooms, two stationary beds and one in a special niche - children love it. Downstairs there is a studio, also a folding sofa, on which 1-2 teenagers or short adults can sleep comfortably. There is also a fireplace stove downstairs. The bathroom and kitchen area have heated floors. Outside there is a great lawn and a lot of everything. A high-quality bath with a plunge pool, on the second floor of which (by the way) two people can also comfortably stay in warm weather, everything is equipped. Nice children's playground, big trampoline. A small pond with crucian carps. A small farmstead - chickens (by separate agreement, we can provide fresh eggs). There are several good bicycles. By separate agreement, it is possible to use them. Around the village there is a forest. Guest access You can fish in the pond without restrictions (small crucian carp). Bathhouse = 4000 rubles (one heating without time limit). Towels/sheets/hats/robes are included. Firewood - 250₽ for a full basket. You need 2-3 baskets for one heating. It is better to bring brooms or make your own. Bicycles are available by separate agreement. Fresh eggs from our laying hens - 150₽ a dozen (when they are laying :). Other things to note Electricity used during the rental period is charged separately at the current cost. As of 01.09.21 1kWh = 6.5₽. The actual consumption depends on you, it can be 100₽, or maybe 2000₽ per day. All types of heating consume the most - batteries, boiler, warm floor. Firewood - 250₽ for a full basket. We do this more for eco-consciousness and reducing our carbon footprint than anything else :) If you have the right attitude for a mental rest, then everything else is there for it!
