It has a well maintained landscape & surrounded by CCTV for added safety. The space The bedroom has a window air-conditioner . The place is in a private Village located on a higher ground giving you an overlooking view & a closer feeling to Nature especially when you have your gatherings in the Roof Deck. Roof Deck capacity is 30-40 for comfortable seating and about 70max. Guest access Laundry area within the apartment building w/ washer and spin dry available for use at $1.90/wash. A covered court just about 200mtrs away (almost in front) of the Apartment. And a private swimming pool/club house near the apartment (for a minimal fee at the facility itself). Other things to note IMPORTANT - Please read: More infos and some House Rules 1. Equipped with Xbox (pre-loaded games and Netflix). With wifi at the premises. 2. The Roof Deck - PARTY/EVENT USE (function area w/ capacity of up to 70pax) will be free to use for a minimum of 5nights booking. FOR CASUAL HANG TIME, ROOF DECK IS FREE FOR GUESTS Regardless of number of nights booked. 3. Toiletries and Welcome/Starter pack provided includes: Towels (4), A bottle of water, Toilet paper, some sweets, shampoo, toothpaste, hand wash, coffee & tea. 4. Common areas are installed w/ CCTV. Prohibited to tamper the cams for everyone's security. 5. First Aid Kit is available if needed. 6. Fire extinguisher at common kitchen area. 7. It has a strict NO SMOKING policy within the premises. 8. Violation of rules, Loss or damage of the property will be charge from your security deposit amount. 9. Security Deposit will only be deducted if there is any violation/loss or damage to property. Otherwise no there is no need to worry about the amount. 10. An automatic washing machine with spin dry is available for you to use with a minimal fee of $2 per wash. It is a much less fee than going out for your laundry plus u can do it right at the place. 11. Basketball, Badminton and Volleyball equipment/ball are available to use if you and your friends and family would like to play some sport in the nearby Covered Court. Court is about 50meters away from the apartment. 12. A Microwave oven, Deep Fryer and Electric Griller is available to use for free upon request.
