Minutes to DT Charleston w/fabulous restaurants, museums, gardens, art galleries & more. Walking distance to Shem Creek, known for it's restaurants & bars, plus paddleboard & kayaking options. A scenic boardwalk takes you almost to the Atlantic Ocean. Walk to shops: Trader Joe's, Aldi's, Whole Foods, Harris Teeter & Walgreens. 12 minutes to the beach by car! The space This is a turnkey townhome with everything you need. A detailed guestbook, with wifi instructions and other details should answer all your questions. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a full size washer and dryer for your use. A big screen TV in the living room is great for a movie night or for the sports enthusiast. YouTube TV and Amazon Prime are available. The are laminate floors throughout. There is a pillowtop mattress in the owners suite. I recently renovated - down to the studs - two new bathrooms . Other things to note There are toys and books for a toddler, a pack n play, a booster chair and step stool. These are located in the third bedroom where the trundle bed is.
