You can dive into the Lagoon Pool, let the little ones splash around in the Kiddie Pool, or enjoy some friendly competition on the Basketball Court. Just a heads up, a small fee of P500.00 per person daily to enjoy the Lagoon Pool. The Kiddie Pool is a safe and fun space for children, and if you're looking to shoot some hoops at night, there's a separate fee of P500.00 for the Basketball Court. To ensure everything goes smoothly, please register and reserve the amenities you’d like to use with the Property Management Office (PMO) or the Concierge before your visit. You’ll have plenty of options, including the fitness center, swimming pool, movie theater, children's playground, and various communal spaces that make living here enjoyable. Feel free to take advantage of these amenities throughout your lease term, giving you great opportunities to relax, socialize, and live a healthier lifestyle. The PEBBLE facilities are open daily from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., so there’s always time to unwind and have fun! Other things to note For long-term leases, specifically for stays of 30 nights or more. For stays longer than 29 nights, we have a cap on electricity usage. Charges may apply once you go over this limit. This coverage is limited to a maximum of Php 5,000 per month. If the total utility bills exceed this amount, the Lessee (tenant) agrees to pay for any charges beyond the Php 5,000 cap. Our decision to enforce this utility policy is part of our effort to promote responsible usage. We have had situations with previous tenants where appliances like air conditioning units and lights were left on, and devices were not unplugged when leaving the unit. This behavior leads to excessive energy consumption and unexpectedly high utility bills. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in managing utility use to avoid unnecessary costs and environmental impact.
