PURA VIDA! Pool with outdoor kitchen & Bath

Pura Vida! The home is centrally located in Merritt island minutes from Cocoa beach. The backyard offers many amenities including a heated pool, outdoor bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and bar area with a 65" smart tv. The first and second bedrooms have double open doors that lead out to the patio by the pool. This is a great place for family vacation! The space The main space inside has an open floor plan with a fully loaded kitchen and living room when you first walk in. Just off the kitchen is a small formal dining room with a wash/dryer tucked away in the closet. There is master bedroom with a Queen size bed & bath that has access to lead out to the pool. The large sliding glass doors in the main space provide access to the true Pura Vida backyard outdoor oasis. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with access to the pool area as well. The second full bathroom is between the second and third bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin size beds. All rooms have closets as well as TV's. The couch in the living room pulls out to a Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. When you step outside to the back yard, make sure you enjoy a cup of coffee pool side at the bistro set. The backyard is the perfect space to enjoy a family bbq with the outdoor kitchen, fire pit and bathroom. The shed in the backyard comes stocked with beach and pool supplies. Guest access The driveway can fit 4 vehicles. Other things to note Please keep in mind that Pura Vida is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood. Please keep the noise to a minimum from 10PM to 8AM. The Pool heater is turned on sometime in December to the end of March.
